That view is also the timeline. An evening event here is planned backwards from where the sun goes behind the mountains, because the twenty minutes on either side of it are the reason people host outdoors in the first place.
The clubs up here mostly cater their own rooms. What we do is the residence side: estate dinners, milestone celebrations, welcome dinners the night before a wedding at a club, and the parties that are better in a house than in a ballroom.

Can you cater at a club up here?
Most clubs in North Scottsdale handle food and beverage in house, so outside catering is generally not permitted in their rooms. We cater the residence side instead, including welcome and rehearsal dinners at homes the night before an event at a club.
Can you work on a hillside lot with a difficult driveway?
Yes, but it changes the plan, so we walk it first. Long or steep approaches and narrow turnarounds decide what equipment can get up and where the crew stages, and that is settled before the quote rather than on the day.
