How much does catering cost in Scottsdale, AZ?
Every event is quoted individually rather than from a package tier, because a seated dinner for forty and a stationed reception for three hundred have almost nothing in common. Tell us your guest count, venue and service style and you will have a written quote back, usually within an hour or two, itemizing food, staffing, rentals and bar separately.
How far in advance should I book a caterer in Scottsdale?
For weddings and large corporate events, six to twelve months. For dinners under sixty guests, four to eight weeks is usually enough. October through April is peak season across the East Valley and dates go quickly.
Do you cook on site?
Food is prepared in our commercial kitchen, then finished, plated and served at your venue by our team. For outdoor properties without a kitchen we bring a full mobile cook line, quiet generators and event lighting.
Do you offer tastings?
Tastings can be arranged on request. They are quoted separately rather than included in the event, so you only pay for one if you want one.
